Our 5 Minute Guarantee - on PainDrops (topical):

We believe in the performance of these products so much that we offer a 5 minute, satisfaction guarantee.  If PainDrops (topical), when used properly, does not provide any relief within 5 minutes of treatment, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund on that product (less S&H costs). 

To help us improve our products, we do request that you provide us the following information: 

(1) Your name
(2) What areas you used the product on and for what purpose
(3) How much product you used
(4) Over what time period did you apply the product
(5) Your experience regarding the effectiveness of the product

At XelvaGEN we do our best to ensure the quality of our products and the accuracy of your orders.  If there is a problem with any of our products or your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), please return the unused portions within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly refund your money on the products returned, less shipping and handling.  We do ask that you give us input as to why you are returning the products so we can make improvements or address your concerns.  In the event we have shipped you the wrong products, we will take care of shipping and handling costs and ship the correct products to you at no charge.  In such case, the returned products must be unopened (no safety seals broken) or damaged and in their original packaging.  Please return product(s) to the following address:
