THE BILATERAL RELIEF SYSTEM IN DETAIL
For most external pains, the application of natural pain relievers PainDrops topical provides adequate arthritis relief. For large muscles and joints, or and larger body areas, or when pain is severe and/or persistent for any area, the combination of PainDrops topical and PainDrops Internal Formula is recommended to achieve total body, Bilateral Relief.
REFERRED PAIN This is a very important issue to understand. In many cases, you feel pain in one spot, but it is caused by an affliction in an adjacent or even completely different part of your body. This is known as referred or reflective pain, and is especially common with back pain and pain in the extremities which seems to “appear out of nowhere.” The challenge is finding the source or origin of pain. In the event your application of PainDrops is not successful at the point you feel pain, apply PainDrops to adjacent areas. For example: leg pain may require PainDrops to your lower spine area. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome may require drops to your elbow and neck. Also, consulting your physician is recommended.

PainDrops Internal Formula | Mix ¼ teaspoonful of PainDrops Internal Formula (approximately 20 full drops) in 1-2 oz of water. Swish in mouth for 15 seconds, then swallow. If pain does not subside within 5 minutes, repeat up to twice more in 5 minute intervals. If you don’t have any water, the drops can be ingested directly. Simply squirt under your tongue, wait 15 seconds and ingest; this will produce the same results. Please note that the product works most quickly taken directly under the tongue undiluted. Upon recurrence of Pain, repeat as necessary. One dose will generally provide 2-6 hours of relief or more. In cases of TMJ or Migraine headaches, it is sometimes helpful to also apply PainDrops topical to the base of the jaw or temples. |
| Arthritis and Joint Pain (small to medium sized joints such as fingers, wrist, elbow, knees, ankle), small area pain (sprains, bumps and bruises), some shoulder pain | PainDrops topical | Apply PainDrops liberally on and around the affected area (4-6 full drops generally will suffice for small areas) and massage in gently until the liquid evaporates. For areas such as elbows or knees, more drops may be applied or 4-6 full drops may be applied twice to ensure good coverage. If pain does not subside within 5 minutes, repeat as necessary until pain subsides. Upon recurrence of pain, repeat application. You can expect between 2 to 4+ hours of relief per dosage. If total body, complete relief is desired, you may combine PainDrops topical with a dosage of the PainDrops Internal formula following the above directions. |

PainDrops topical and Pain Drops Internal Formula if desired/necessary | For most types of bumps, bruises, insect bites/stings, and other contusions, the application of PainDrops immediately upon injury is the key to effective pain relief. In the case of extremely painful/toxic insect bites/stings (such as from a scorpion or spider), using our Bilateral Relief System by taking the Internal Formula is generally recommended, since toxins spread quickly through the body. |
| TMJ, Toothache | PainDrops topical and Pain Drops Internal Formula if desired/necessary | For TMJ, apply PainDrops topical to the jaw joint area. 3-5 full drops around each side of your jaw is recommended. For many, this will provide relief but for more severe cases, taking PainDrops Internal Formula as well is recommended. For toothaches, squirt approximately ¼ teaspoon of PainDrops Internal Formula into your mouth and swirl around the affected tooth for 15 to 30 seconds and wash down with 1-2 ounces of water. For more serious pain, you may also apply a drop of PainDrops topical to the affected tooth; this will taste terrible, but it is not toxic; follow this with another dose of PainDrops Internal Formula. In addition, you may apply 3-5 full drops of PainDrops topical to your jaw area adjacent to the toothache. |
